Warranty

 

  • All bidets and toilets are returnable within 7 days (before installation), you may return for a refund, less a 25% restocking fee and the initial shipping cost, it is in the original box, it is unopened, and is in resaleable condition.  After installation, bidets and toilets are non-refundable due to personal hygiene concerns. The seat must be enclosed in the original box with sufficient packaging material.                                                                                                          

  • Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges on returned items. All return should be completed within 7 days from the order date.                

  • All returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization Number. Please send us a full explanation of what the problem is via email to warranty@aspen-bidets.com .
    It is important that you provide your reason for return because we use this information to constantly improve our product line. Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). We are unable to accept returned products without an RGA.
  • Shipping charges that are incurred by the customer for merchandise being returned to Aspen Bidets Europe Limited, for any reason, must be paid by the customer and not by Aspen Bidets Europe Limited. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all shipping and restocking charges that accrue due to customer cancellation or merchandise ordered but refused on delivery. All C.O.D. orders that are refused will be charged the shipping charge, plus the restocking charges.
  • Due to continuously innovation of our products, there may be variance between showed pictures and the present models.
